The campsite

In the middle of nature & close to the old town

Welcome to Isarcamping Landshut!
Isarcamping Landshut is a small, family-run and sustainable campsite with around 45 pitches in Landshut.

The site captivates with its island location just before the "Isarspitz" between the small and large Isar. On one side is the Isar, on the other the alluvial forest. Isarcamping Landshut is quietly located in nature, the ideal place for a "time out" - and at the same time suitable for a visit to Landshut - with everything that goes with it: culture, sightseeing, good food, drink & shopping opportunities.

Next to the camp ground you can find a mini-golf course, a large adventure playground and various gastronomic offers.
The historic city centre can be reached by bike in 10 minutes or on foot in 30 minutes via the car-free Isarweg.

Bus No. 7, whose bus stop "Campingplatz" is only 100 m away from the campsite, takes you to the old town and on to Trausnitz Castle. In the other direction, the bus takes you to the city theatre and the cultural centre "Alte Kaserne", to the trade fair and the Sparkassen-Arena.
Our camping site is open all year round.

We look forward to seeing you!

Sustainability

Nature and camping belong together.
When camping - but not only there - we all want clear air, clean water, a beautiful landscape. In short: an intact environment.
That is why environmental protection and the sustainable and careful use of our resources are of great importance.
We at Isarcamping are actively committed to protecting our environment. So you can spend your camping holiday in harmony with nature - right next to the Isar and the floodplain forest.
Please help to preserve this unique nature.

Sustainability at Isarcamping means for us concretely:

  • Solar thermal system for hot water
  • a cistern that collects rainwater for flushing the toilets
  • green electricity from the Landshut public utility company
  • brand-new waste disposal station for emptying grey water tanks and mobile toilets.
  • Recycling station for waste separation
